Who Are We?

At R2R Property we aim to provide landlords with a truly hands-off service that guarantees consistent cash flow and zero void periods. We understand that managing rental properties can be time-consuming, stressful, and unpredictable—especially when it comes to ensuring your properties are always tenanted and your rental income remains stable. That’s where we come in.

We are not an agent, nor do we charge any fees; we rent properties from landlords on contracts ranging from 12 to 36 months+. This allows us to offer a void free tenancy agreement and a fully managed service, with all repairs and maintenance jobs handled by our in house team completely free of charge.

We are currently looking for landlords across Nottingham and Derby area to build solid reputable business relationships.
